·                     Analyzed data; prepared narrative for distribution of annual company Affirmative Action Plans. Maintained job group assignments, census job category definitions, census MSA assignments, facility assignments and weight factor for AA Plans.

·                     Facilitate company Needs Assessment for EEO/Affirmative Action training; design, develop and deliver finished product.
